Trail Days 2005 on May 13th-15th was a blast and we thank the town of Damascus, VA for hosting such a fine event. With record crowds (30,000?) in attendance, the Trail Hound Gear Shop unveiled their "System" of gear and services at their booth. We enjoyed meeting everyone (especially those furry) and plan to be at Trail Days 2006. We were fueled and gave out some great coffee from The "Panancea Coffee House" located in "Historic Frog Level" Waynesville, NC. Brian Pierce (the brewer/owner) is an AT thru-hiker from 92- trail name "Mighty Wind". We look forward to next year.
