As of August 8th, 2006 R.I.P. Rudy-I'll see you on down the trail. Rudy was a good dog that lived 11 great years and has a wilderness resume that many dogs (or even people) would like. He passed on due to bone cancer and did not suffer or have to live in pain for very long. For all the people that have been kind to Rudy he and I thank you. His ashes will return to the places he loved best, primarily the trail. His spirit lives on.
